Professor David Linden

Principal Investigator

A Professor of Translational Neuroscience, David studied medicine, classics and philosophy in Germany. He then obtained a DPhil in medical ethics from Oxford University and a PhD in neuroscience at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, Germany.

David then trained in psychiatry and has applied brain imaging and other measures of brain functioning to psychiatric research for the past 15 years

David coordinates psychiatric imaging research activities across Wales, and his clinical interests include mood disorders, psychosis and neuropsychiatry.
